Tim enjoys working with individuals and couples from all walks of life and giving space to what they are bringing into session with them. He has knowledge and experience in working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, significant life changes, relationship challenges and anger. Tim’s approach is client centered and strength-based working with a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family systems and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to meet client’s diverse needs.

Tim creates an environment in which clients feel heard regardless of what they are experiencing and empowered with the skills and support they need to achieve the goals they want to. Through listening and collaborating with clients he helps them identify their own strengths and values while providing the encouragement and understanding to help them live them. Tim has a holistic understanding of what contributes to health and values all aspects of his clients in their healing.
