Lindsay is a Registered MSW clinician who provides counselling services to children, youth, and adults. With more than 16 years of clinical practice in various social work roles with vulnerable populations, Lindsay is a kind and compassionate social worker who strives to reduce stigma related to seeking help for mental health concerns.

She has training in: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Childhood Trauma, Grief and Loss with children and adults, loss due to suicide and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). Lindsay has extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, mood disorders, maternal mental health, infertility, and grief and loss. She provides a safe and nonjudgmental environment and believes that nobody should feel alone when experiencing difficult times in their life.
