Bethany is a certified counsellor with expertise working with youth, adults, and families within individual and group settings. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Medicine at Memorial University of Newfoundland. 

Bethany specializes in supporting individuals in navigating trauma, grief and loss, bereavement-by-suicide, and addiction. Bethany’s experience also includes extensive work with youth and adolescent mental health, helping them and their families navigate complex challenges. 

Her clinical approach is grounded in person-centred, trauma-informed care, integrating Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Bethany empowers clients to become experts in their own lives and facilitates her work primarily upon respect for individuals’ lived experiences, personal authenticity and agency, and unconditional regard.
