Arwa is a certified counsellor with expertise in working with diverse clients who are experiencing a wide range of personal and professional issues, including trauma, abuse, and mental health issues. She uses a trauma-informed, holistic counselling approach in her work. Arwa helps clients to understand the day-to-day essence of being present through mindfulness in order to see how growth and healing are possible and attainable.

Besides mindfulness, Arwa draws from a variety of counselling theories and perspectives and believes that a genuine counsellor-client connection is integral to effective growth.
