Nancy has experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self harming behaviours, PTSD, grief and trauma. She has years of clinical and community experience and has lived and worked all over Canada.

Nancy is trained in EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.  She has taken courses in yoga, mindfulness and meditation and uses this knowledge to add a relaxing component to her sessions.

Nancy has facilitated bereavement groups and psycho-educational groups for anxiety.  She helped facilitate a children’s grief camp for 5 years and was clinical director for 2 of those years.

Nancy embraces and promotes compassion for self and others. Her goal as a therapist is to empower others in their journey towards resilience.
