Janis Campbell 

B.Mus, M.Ed.(Counselling Psychology), C.C.C.

Janis works with individuals and couples using an integrated approach that draws from person-centered therapy, creative arts therapies, positive psychology and mindfulness techniques. She is an EMDR therapist and has training in Emotionally Focused Couple’s Therapy.

Janis has worked successfully with clients experiencing a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, anger, stress, grief and loss, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, communication skills, career and life transitions.  She has also co-facilitated groups on separations and divorce, anger management and programs for youth. 

Janis believes that every person is unique and focuses on their own strengths and goals in session.
